The Valley Airpark is bordered by the White River, with trout fishing at its finest, and is within 30 minutes of both Bull Shoals and Norfork Lakes in North Arkansas. The historic town of Cotter rests below the river bluffs on a horseshoe bend in the river, roughly 18 miles downstream of the Bull Shoals Lake Dam.
The White River attracts anglers year round from all over the world. The river produces trophy rainbow, brown and cutthroat trout from Bull Shoals Dam to Buffalo River. As a property owner at the Valley Airport, you'll have access to our members-only boat ramp and year round excellent trout fishing.
The Ozarks include many lakes and streams, hills, bluffs and caves. Outdoor adventures of many kinds are popular here. Hiking, fishing, hunting, kayaking, and bird-watching are possible year round activities. Our lakes and rivers are just the tip of the iceberg. Other activities to pique your interest include antique hunting, community festivals, golf and world-class entertainment and more.
